A vibrant evening of lively entertainment, warm conversation and a tour of a grand venue
Our May meeting was one for the books and utilized the bringing back of the “Art of Entertainment” an occasion that was previously brought forth during the ten years of Temecula Valley Wedding Professionals.
The flow of the evening was a bit different as it included a variety of locations that we were able to visit and enjoy a glass of wine, take in the scenery and watch live music provided by various artists in our group.
Upon entering the first stop of the event, we were greeted with a map and the opportunity to get our name badge hand-written in calligraphy. From there, we grabbed a glass of bubbly and participated in a new type of photo booth that was interactive and oh-so-fun! While this was going on we got to dance along to a live band (Music Connection) playing Hawaiian melodies which fit perfectly in the backdrop. This part of the tour of Grand Tradition was a large waterfall-cape and was an indoor/outdoor feel as most of the area was covered by tent with elaborate draping, hanging lanterns, a few cocktail tables (for mixing and mingling) and a table design with unique linens provided by BBJ Linens.
The next stop on the tour included a lush garden walk – the grounds at Grand Tradition are simply amazing! At the end of the trail (which included crossing a bridge with a giant waterfall) there was another stop to make. A ceremony site tucked away on the property with more gorgeous landscape, a waterfall and live music provided by Harpist from the Heart. It was a romantic setting and gave us the feeling that we were far away at a tropical destination.
After enjoying some time at the second stop, we made our way to the third. Following another lush trail, we entered upon a new secret space with live music provided by A Touch of Ivory and we were surrounded by greenery and bamboo.
The fourth stop of the evening included a lounge space and outdoor bar – a perfect final stop on the tour to take a seat, sip on a glass of wine, and enjoy the evening.
Once everyone finished the tour, we were escorted into the Beverly Mansion – another breathtaking venue space on the property. From here we enjoyed dinner, Cold Stone Creamery ice cream and The Killer Dueling Pianos. The members partook in line dancing, hoola hoop dancing, sing alongs and more. It was so fun!
